    Help Identify: Vintage Hamilton Automatic

Hi all, I think this Hamilton is from around 1950's, I don't have any catalogs to identify it.
Any and all help would be nice, The dial is in very excellent shape, the crystal needs replacement, or buffing, the case and movement are very nice, I am only able to show sellers pick fro now, there is no movement picture until it arrives.
The watch is apparently keeping very accurate time, I am still having it serviced and cleaned-up.

A nice minimalist dial design. Unfortunately it will take a movement pic to say much about the dates. But I suspect this is from the 60's or, more likely, the '70s. The movement is probably a Swiss import. Hamilton never made a domestic automatic, only Elgin did, if I remember correctly.

It will be a good wear once you are done with the cleanup -- at least as good as the new Hamiltons!

"The watch has to be surrounded by a history.
You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter

...that's just my opinion and I've been wrong before and will be again and might be now!
