    I'm not sure buit I think it might be based on a Fontainemelon (FHF) calibre. Here is a similar one (the mirror imaging is related to yours being an open face movement whereas this one is for a hunter watch):

    Even then, there are some differences: positioning of the scale for fine adjustment, stem release screw is over the stem rather than to the side of it, etc. But the broad picture fits. At the same time, this assessment should not be accepted without further proof. For that, a look at the keyless works would help a lot.
