Help in identifying an old pocket watch (great grandfather)

We have an old pocket watch at home that belongs to my great grandfather (+1900 1970).
My dad thinks he probably bought arround 1930 but it could always be a gift or something.
It has the name H.C.T. on the dial and on the back there are french lilies. I googled the name but I didn't find anything.
To set the time you have to push a little button on the side. He lived in Belgium if that's any help.

On the last picture you can't see the H.C.T on the dial because of the flash.

The posts in the Links and articles section of the form have a 'how to open your case' thread. A picture of the movement would help a lot.

If you can turn off the flash, you can get better pictures.

"The watch has to be surrounded by a history.
You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter

...that's just my opinion and I've been wrong before and will be again and might be now!

If it is pin set, it is very unlikely to date from the 1930s. More like pre-WWI.

I have not the skills or the tools to open it. Besides it still works.
There is a little "door" on the back with the french lilies. I always tought that little "door" protected the glass.
For what reason is the little "door" there?
The name of my great grandfather is on the real back off the watch and on the back of the little door.
There are some other stamps on it but I can't read them fully.
