Help identifying an older Swiss watch...

A friend of mine found this watch among his dad’s things. Only thing I can make out is that it’s Swiss. Any help with maker or time period is greatly appreciated.

I can send a higher resolution picture of the back, but it's a huge picture.

The most important picture that you need to post is the picture of the movement inside the watch. Without that, any identification is almost impossible.
If you will be opening up the watch by yourself, be careful- it's got radium lume, and you really wouldn't want to inhale the gas that gathered inside.

I see something that says Calte something Watch CO. I also see Gold Filled. Top looks like K something with an arrow through it.

You now know as much as I.

When I open an old watch I like to breathe deep and bask in the glow of old times.

Seriously though, don't sniff the dial, hands or inside the case.

Got it, thanks for the tips. I'll pass it on and see if I can get a picture of the movement.

The symbol at the top is "KJ" with an arrow through it and is the symbol of the case maker: Kollmar & Jourdan AG of Pforzheim, Germany. The case is therefore German, despite the watch being Swiss (on the basis of the movement and/or the company that assembled it from parts and is therefore "responsible"for the watch - in terms of liability and warranty provision - to the customer). The "Calte..." is probably something else although I can't fully make it out either: the second letter is not an A or it would look like the "A" in the "Watch Co." that follows the name. It looks more like an "R", making the whole thing "CRU... WATCH CO." or possibly "CRE... WATCH CO.". In any case, it should definitely be the maker/ultimate assembler of the watch.

Well looks to be a Cretets 15 jewel movement. But I had no luck finding any info on it. Sorry!
