    help identifying a watch

    hello
found this one when packing and couldn't find anything to indicate maker on it.
on the back it says fond acier inoxydable 11317.
would appreciate if you could tell me the maker and the year it was made.
    thank you.

    Re: help identifying a watch

Looks like a generic but decent chronograph with some sort of Landeron column wheel movement, possibly Cal. 39:

    bidfun-db Archiv: Uhrwerke: Landeron 39

As for the maker (=assembler) of the watch, only the name on the dial can tell us that. If it has rubbed off, you may console yourself that it probably wasn't very important anyway - in such watches, the movement is more important as it generally decides their quality.
