Help IDing movement in Baume and Mercier

The watch is from the 1940s, tiny ladies watch, about the size of my thumb. Could anyone tell from this photo what the movement is? Or do I need to have a word with my friend about the quality of her photos...?

Looks like something in the ETA 2412 family: bidfun-db Archive: Watch Movements: ETA 2412. Hard to say much more from those pics though.

It would be an early ETA 2412 because of the fixed stud carrier and no Incabloc. It would mean that this watch is from the 50's/60's though.

Perhaps the earlier version, the ETA 2410?

Thank you for the information about the date. That goes against the supposed history of the piece. I'll advise my friend to identify the hallmark on the 18k case.
