    Help on my new Certina

    Hi guys and girls,
I'm relatively new in this fascinating world of mechanical watches! I've just bought this vintage Certina on e-bay. I love the minimalistic style of the dial!!! Any help on the model and moviment identification will be very nice! These are seller's pictures.
    Thank you,
    Diogo

    Great looking Certina

Looks like the movement is a Certina 25-65

sounds like that same movement got a bunch of chronometer ratings

Not your most difficult movement id bjohnson.

Anyway, that is a very clean looking watch. Certinas are an under appreciated brand - although obtaining parts can be difficult. This site might be of interest:

And another chance to show some of my Certinas.

    A beautiful collection of Certina's, Marrick :)
I myself take pride at my contemporary, classic looking leather band quartz Certina.

Where did you find your vintage Certina's? ebay? other ways?

    Thank you.

All off ebay. I've never had any luck at fleamarkets or in charity shops.
