Help needed with strange case of a Baylor Heuer

I got this watch and dont understand how to remove the front bezel. As you can see the bezel looks removable but its together like a locking puzzle you can see from the side shots. I already removed the stem and crown and the case movement screws and clips. Also any information about the watch would be great. Thanks!

Yes you got it! I was scared but pliers with tape to stop scratching did the trick with a twist. Now please does anyone know where I would look to find a crystal for this watch?

Very interesting! I have a vintage Bulova case with the same type of design. Mine is a one piece fixed back however.

There are a lot of Baylor crystals on eBay. The trick will be identifying which (if any) is the right one!

Try searching "Baylor" via google and/or eBay to identify the model of your watch. Once you know the model number of the watch, it may be easier to narrow down the stock code of the replacement crystal.
