Help with OPUS Swiss made Watch

I have an OPUS swiss made watch and I know very little about it and can't find any information on it. Looking for a little help. It is a stainless steel case, inside the case has ROTH BROS and SWISS carved into it, back case says FOND ACIER INOXYDABLE. ROTH BROS is also carved in the movement. I have attached 2 photos, if more is needed let me know

    Nice watch.

Unusual movement. I don't think I've seen that one before.

I think it's a chrome plated case with SS back

Any idea about the year of the watch? Or why the Roth Bros is carved in the back? Thanks

I would guess 1940s by the style of the watch.

Roth Brothers is also engraved on the movement. I would guess that they imported the watch from Switzerland (since the dial says Swiss Made). I don't know which country they imported it into.

I'm not really a watch collector and I am thinking about selling the watches I posted on here, the Nisus, Joel, and this Opus, to someone that does collect vintage watches or want value the watch more than I would. Any idea the value of this watch?
