    Hi there...

I am certainly not a expert on Ladies Cartier watches... I actually know nothing! However... The seller seems to sell a lot of High quality watches.. even though his feeback is in the 98%... the complaints are stupid - postage costs, having to pay import tax etc... I doubt a seller could get away with selling this type of watch, at the prices he is charging, If he sold fakes! He also has a 'return' policy and has plenty of clear pics...

He, as a seller, seems to tick all the right boxes!
A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away...

We had another example of a "Must de Cartier" on this forum some time ago. If you search for it, you will probably find it (too late and too lazy to do it myself right now, I'm afraid). Basically, it was a somewhat lower quality, fashion line Cartier introduced in the seventies or eighties.

So this is gold plate over silver. Interesting, I never thought it was still used in the 80s.

Hard to say. I have a similar one with a manual wind movement. The case is also gold plated over sterling silver (the "925" signifying that it is sterling silver, not a movement number). While doing some research just now I have seen the watch as a manual wind and a quartz. Tough call.

    Not lower quality, lower cost.

    I believe that is a hallmark. But I can't find a match.
