Help with a vintage Tiffany/Longines pocket watch

I was given this watch after my grandmother passed away. As a boy I loved to poke through her attic for "treasure" and found this. 25 years later it was given to me.

I would like to have it restored if possible, but don't know where to begin. It is in rough shape. No crystal and significant damage/corrosion on the dial. The movement looks pretty good though.

It is marked as 18k on the case and madefor tiffany and company by the longines watch co Switzerland and a serial of 3108248.

Does anyone have an idea who I should contact our how much a restoration may cost? Age or value of the piece?

Unfortunately this watch has suffered severe water damage.

Restoration would involve finding a watchmaker who either has one of these old movements
in his stock so he has a source of donar parts or is prepared to track down a donar movement
of the same caliber, on the internet or other sources. The dial will also require repainting.

Not an impossible restoration but may turn out to be expensive.
Someone might know of a Canadian watchmaker prepared to take this on.

As a family heritage and a 100 year old machine I certainly would go restore it at any cost. You might run into a donor in bay for the dial.

Thanks for the replies. I emailed Tiffany as well as Longines (now part of Swatch Group). Tiffany gave a me an address where I can mail it for an estimate and I haven't heard back from Longines.

I have finally heard back from swatch group. They indicated that I can send the watch to them in Toronto and they will forward it on to Switzerland. The only problem is they will charge me $100 in shipping and insurance costs to get out there.

    Any suggestions?

Would I be better off sending it to tiffany or swatch? Or looking for a more local independent watch maker?
