    Hi,

You can find all the information using that serial number on the NWACC site.

But to save you the effort - it is a size 12 7 Jewel grade 210 with Breguet hairspring. Made in 1921 but model #1894.

A good, long lasting workhorse. They made about 1.4 million of these in 7 jewel.

That serial number correlates to a movement built in 1920.

Serial number lists on the web vary and are accurate to within a couple of years.
You can compare your grade (No. 210) with other Waltham 12 size movements in this catalog:

Thank you all for the help, I am going to send the watch out and have it cleaned and repaired for my friend. One last question, any guess to the value of it. I know she will keep it for a family memento, but I would like to let her know what it might be worth.

Valuations are not done here, refer to the sticky post:

That being said, this is a very common and rather low spec watch, you should be able to find value of similar (12 size 7 jewel) when searching Ebay ended transactions.
