    Helvetia pocket watch information required

I am looking for some information regarding an Helvetia pocket watch.
    It's number is
    G
    3523472
    S
It seems to have like a quarter moon next to a crown on it and 0.888
The inside of the outer case on the front has these marking,
as well as the inside of the outer back case.the inside case has Helvetia on
    in Italic writting.
the movement is plain stainelss steel with Helvetia on it.
there is no name on the watch face, it has 12 and 24 hour numbers.
could anyone give me any information regardinb the watch please.
    Thank you.

    Hi

You'd get a better response with pictures - but this thread https://forums.watchuseek.com/f11/nee...ch-663766.html has a lot of relevant information.

The moon and crown mark means that the case was assayed in Germany followed by a number indicating the purity of the silver - .800 is more likely than .888 and would mean that it is 80% silver. see German Hallmarks II page 1 - Encyclopedia of Silver Marks, Hallmarks & Makers' Marks Sterling silver is .925

    Hope that helps.
