Very uncommon, but quite nice. A single crown, snap-back compressor from the '60s. Hand-wind, 34mm.

I'm a bit concerned that someone replaced the movement bridge at some point. The watch has a US import code on the balance, but to be imported into the states it also would have need to have the number of jewels and adjustments engraved on the bridges somewhere. Plus the finish on that bridge seems a bit ... rougher ... then the barrel bridge or balance cock.

It almost looks like it has been surface ground and radiused.
    Fifteen jewels or?
    Still gorgeous though.

Understated elegance. It has a wonderful look!

Interesting observation, and while I am not concerned either way, I'll play devil's advocate. There are so many anomalies in the vintage watch world that I wouldn't be at all surprised to find an American import code on a watch that, for some reason, never made it out of Europe (I bought this one from Germany). With regard to the finishing, I'd say that its appearance may be distorted by the lighting and camera angle. It really doesn't look so different to my eye than the barrel bridge, in any case. I've also posted an image below of the same cal. 313 movement on a watch in Spain, and it appears to be consistent.

Finally, I tend to resort to Occam's Razor in such cases, and given the overall condition of the watch, it strikes me as being quite unlikely that – of all things – a bridge would have been needed to be replaced.

Thanks for the thought-provoking comment, though!

    Cheers,

    Tony C.

Thanks. 17 jewels (based on an AS 1687). Here's Roland's reference:
