Hoping for a little info (identification)

My grandparents gave me this pocketwatch this summer, citing that I would be the only one around with any interest in it. It's marked as an American Waltham Watch Co. piece, but I can't find any indication of the model. I found a website that listed serial number ranges and dates for Waltham, and according to the serial number, the watch should be from 1905 or so. I'd like to know more about it, but I've reached the limit of what I can find on my own.

If anyone might know something about it, I'd love to hear!

It is a 18 size Waltham model 1883 P.S. Bartlett 17j Adjusted from about 1902-1903. Total production of this grade was 237490 units. This particular production run is listed as being pendant set, can you confirm this?
