How to replace a jewel shock spring

Not sure if this is the right place, but I couldn't find a more appropriate forum.

I've put together a little tutorial on changing shock springs - I hope it comes in handy for someone out there one day.

A little teaser photo as usual.

    Enjoy,

Excellent and well explained tutorial. Thanks for taking the time to put it together - and for providing such sharp macro pictures.

6 pounds for a spring? Sheesh, I have a jar full of the little buggers; I should sell 'em! Wait, I lose enough springs...probably save more money if I keep 'em...

There are a number of different styles of the Incabloc housing; some of them are easier to put the springs into then others I find.
