I need help with an antique pocket watch (gold)

I have just inherited a golden pocket watch with the inscription:
    Ancre Spiral Breguet
    PACEMAKER
    16 Rubis

I would really appreciate any info you may have on this watch. I have taken some pictures with my cellphone, so forgive me if the picture quality is not impressive.

The watch seems to work, and it's generally in pretty good condition. The weight is 70 grams , and the gold is 14 carats.

How much would a watch like this be worth? I don't think it's an original Breguet because inscriptions like "Ancre Spiral Breguet" are not common on original breguets (to MY knowledge)

    Thanks in advance

Please read re value/evaluation here: https://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=67379

And you are right: Spirale Breguet just is a hint that your PW is equipped with a Breguet spring, an overcoil form of a balance spring.
