That photo isn't very well defined, unfortunately. I don't think we'll be able to tell you anything from this image, except that this is a very nice keyboard you have there

Never mind ... give it another try and put the watch in focus this time

If it says "Bulova movement" on the dial, that is a re-cased Bulova movement in a non-Bulova case with non-Bulova dial. These were done in the late forties- early fifties most commonly. Nothing else can be told from these pics, what kind of movement, case make, etc.
These were known as "rebuilt" watches.

I can hardly define if it is a watch or not.

Can you tell us what it says on the movement? The letters and numbers inside the rectangle above "Bulova Watch co." is the movement model, but I can't read it. Also there should be a letter followed by a number, like "M6“ or "L4" for the decade and year, M being the 1960's and L the fifties.
The case is not a Bulova case, if you can tell us what is stamped inside please.
    Bob.

Re: i need help identify old watch

OP has PM'd me with this info.
Case back has "OMEX", movement has 10 BCC, 17 jewels.
OMEX is the registered trademark of Ad. Grossmann, Zurich. Registered in 1958.
The Bulova 10 BCC was manufactured between 1946-1951.
We now know that this watch was made using a case made after 1957, using a movement made before 1952.
These could be bought as kits from jewelers merchants, all you had to provide was the movement to fit.
Below is a "Gentleman's Set" from the early fifties that uses a movement in a non-Bulova case.

This is a set to make your own watch, as described above.

    Hope this helps, Bob.
