Question I need help. What kind of movement is that?

Hi guys, I just would like to know what is this movement, This watch belongs to a friend of mine and as you can see hairspring is damaged. The problem is that I have never seen calibre like this so I can't give him any info.
I hope this is the right place to ask...
Thanks in advance and wish you a nice day.
    Regards!

    Felsa 692 Bidynator.

The real deal and very sought after.

Tarzan comes back as made by Willy Orlowitz-Henauer.

https://www.cousinsuk.com/category/felsa-movement-parts - You can get the balance complete, sadly not in the Incabloc version shown here.

This is a common balance complete and fits a variety of calibers.

Jules Borel has it but a watchmaker can vibrate a new hairspring before the supply house can process an order for the new parts.
