Identification help sought for Repetition Chronographe A.quartz

This is my great-grandfathers watch, his initials on the front. I would love any help in identifying its origin since there are no further markings apart from a few series of numbers.Inside back cover are four hand engraved (ab 1 mm high) number sequences, you need a magnifying glass to see them: Three on top of ea other are:11029; L.H.; 27257. To the right of them are: 31246 and below that 68680. Close to the hinge is : 192975.Any idea is much appreciated.

Welcome to WuS and Forum 11.

I can't see your photos, but hand-engraved numbers inside the case-back are generally just codes placed by watchmakers when the watch underwent a repair or service. To make matters even worse, the codes usually can't even be interpreted. So they generally don't provide any useful information.

Your best bet is to post clear high-magnification images of the watch from all angles, including the movement.
