Could anyone kindly point me in the direction of info regarding the maker of this old watch? It has a great locking dust cover inside the cases and a plain, unweighted balance which still works. Key wound and adjusted through the inner back case. I don't know if it is worth spending time and money on even though I am inclined to do so.
It came in a job lot with watches and this old Elgin:-
..which also works and has an amazing case with screw-on back and front cases, so smoothly finished that you can hardly see the join.
