Info request for a vintage Henri Sandoz

Hi guys, just got this Henri Sandoz vintage watch which looks kind of interesting, but don't know anything about it. Looks like 60s, but can't be 100% sure. What do you guys think? Also, looks like good quality, but the weird part is that I do own another Sandoz from the 70s, but on the movement, I don't see Henri Sandoz written on it, so wonder why this has Henri Sandoz on the movement, but only Sandoz on the dial. Any idea?

Not sure why they only have "Sandoz" on the dial. As for the movement, it looks like an Adolf Schild Cal. AS 1050 (if I interpret the numbers under the balance right), which is a derivative of the Cal.AS 984 family (which is what is actually shown in the link):

Here's an image from Ranfft showing the name on the ratchet wheel of a Felsa movement. So perhaps this was their practice.

So does this look legit? I mean I still don't get the dial/movement naming difference. Was it normal back in those time for Henri Sandoz to do this?

A quick google and I can see Sandoz on the wheel and engraved on other movement so it looks like they did both. Branding on the wheel is not unheard of - see below.

Sandoz may have decided to print instead of engrave simply as a cost saving measure. As it stands you have a watch that has a brand in 3 locations. On balance your watch looks correct.
