    Late 19th century Elgin from the movement ... but I don't see the Omega markings. If they exist, the watch has probably been recased.

    Maybe someone can correlated via the s/n... I don't have an Elgin s/n list...

    This is definitely not an Omega case and is not 18K. It looks like a base metal Silverode case to me.
    The watch movement is a nice fairly common 12S from 1911 as you know. Nice dial.
