    information about Mathey-Tissot

    Hello
What can you guys tell me about this watch?

    It's a Mathey-Tissot, 21 jewels automatic incabloc.
I know that the bracelet is not the original one. It was made to custom.

All I can say it probably has something like a PUW (Pforzheimer Uhrwerke) Cal. 1561 D or a similar calibre from the early seventies. The time when quartz watches made cheap digital displays possible and the mechanicals rushed to bring out versions not be caught by this marketing gimmick.

Do you think is worth restore it?

I love it and it's a very unusual watch but i doubt that i find a more suitable bracelet... The mecanism is very accurate but it only changes date at 7 a.m., is it normal?

That odd date change is usually an indication that you should send it in for a cleaning/servicing.
Not sure you need to give it a factory fresh restoration, but a proper cleaning/servicing and putting it on a bracelet you like will go a long way.
I've got more Converse sneakers than watches, but it is a close race.
