The watch is a Orano Searover automatic. The logo has a art deco feel to it and I just love it.

The movement is a Felsa 1560 putting the watch smack bang in the middle of the 50's.

All I can find on Orano is that they were at least at some stage in Lengnau, which explains the movement to a certain extent (Felsa were also located in Lengnau).....

Thanks! The Lengnau connection gave me this ad.

The Extraa flat is stamped on the case back on my watch as well so this was most likely their selling point and why they used the Felsa 1560 and not the the Felsa 4007 movement as that one is thicker.
