    IWC? Pocket watch Movement ID

Well being that the IWC forum did not respond I am going back to those I know I can rely on.....the VINTAGE people!!!! I am debating a purchase of a PW and the movement is very IWC like. So much so it looks like a Cal 57 for most of the plate design. If it is IWC I can't nail down the Cal. So my fellow vintage collectors...is it or is it not and if it is not what is it... :)

Near by - Zenith 278'er if you want have a look in my album "zenith" here in the forum and you'll find it. A more serious source is the Rössler. You'll find the serial number beyond the dial.

    Kind Regards Silke

You were thinking of the IWC Cal. 57 "Americaine" (http://www.faszination-uhrwerk.de/w/...iwc-57-3.jpg)?! Close - but the Zenith is closer! Have to agree with SilkeN here.
