Lanco De Luxe - with photos

I just acquired a Lanco de Luxe from a fleamarket, however there are a few things that puzzle me - the movement is clearly marked Lonville Watch Co - a name used by Langendorf, or so I believe. It bears calibre number 1106 - but this number refers to an automatic movement on Ranfft when what I have is a sub seconds manual wind affair.
Changed bridge or a different numbering system for Lonville movements ?

Sorry no photos - camera inconveniently parked 60 miles away and I have no idea how the phone camera works or links to the laptop.

The only hand-wound cal.1106 that I've heard of is the ETA 1106, a derivative of ETA 1100. But then again, the ETA 1100 is a sweep second movement.

Really, without the pictures, there's just no way of telling what movement is in your watch.

Lanco De Luxe - with photos

Perhaps these iffy photos will help with identifying exactly what I got at a fleamarket on Sunday - seems plausible as Lonville was a brand used by Langendorf.

First thought- "not a Langendorf movement". Although it might be one, it is simply not listed in the Ranfft archive.

Much the same as my thoughts - whose movements could have been branded Lonville though ?

Similar movement just posted by unsolved_mistry and has HOR import code so I'd be surprised if this wasn't a Lanco movement though one can never rule out ebauches.

I have the same movement, it's marked with the LWC circle logo on the dial side so, yes, a Langendorf movement. Mine is signed Lonville which is also a Langendorf trade name.

I think Lonville was Langendorf which also included Lanco, Larex and Lancyl?
