A Lanco MYSTERIOUS dial (Paint it Black)

Guys I need Your help with this one.
I have this Lanco cal. 1027 with strange dial (looks more like Zenith - star above the "Lanco")
Dial needs to be restored but I have no photos of the original condition - as You can see on photo some artist just decided to.. Paint it Black ;)
If You had any photos of the original look that would be very helpful.

    Thank You in advance.

The most close reference I can find with the embossed star and this cal is here:

However, you’ll notice the “Lanco” is also embossed.

A tarred dial as reference for another tarred dial is not really helpful.

    Hi guys,

Thank You for Your effort, Your time and photos. Unfortunately Roland is quite right, those examples are close but not enough. I think I'll take some time and try to search a little bit more, although the client/owner of this watch is already busting my balls ;-/

One weird of a client to start with :D
This watch is a complete wreck: wrong dial, wrong hands, wrong crown, damaged case... In other words it has nothing left unless the movement is ok
Why not just buy a decent example

This one seems quite close, except for the sub-dial.
