Lemania Chrono - pusher button gone :(

My treasured Chrono has shed it's pusher;the stem I believe is there but button and I guess spring gone. Where might I acquire a suitable looking replacement?? And who can fit it and not charge the earth?

This looks like a very generic either push or screw fit pusher (probably screw).

They can usually be sourced by size, thread or friction tube size, plus cap diameter. If screw, they are not cheap, but not too expensive - probably around US$30-50 in stainless, plus fitting.
