    Lemania Jan 1961

Don't post much in here sorry. Though this pic turned out neat, resting the lens on the crystal gave it that bowed look

Its a Lemania cal 3000 in a super compressor case that it dated at 1/61. So I imagine the watch assembled during 1961

Nice clean dial. More pics? We love pics!

How did you date the case? An inscription?
"Forever is composed of nows." - Emily Dickinson

"The watch has to be surrounded by a history.
You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter

...that's just my opinion and I've been wrong before and will be again and might be now!

    OK :)

And yes super compressor cases are dated at time of manufacturing inside the case back. Will have to take movement pics sometime its stain free and about same color as the markers

    .

I have cleaned up the case somewhat in the above but not the below. Cleaned the markers top surface and hands. Did a gentle clean on the case enough to hide minor age but not remove metal

Fresh out of the package. Crap pic with that heavy yellow color cast of a hundred watt light bulb :)

Its a nice watch. I got one on my own, bought it in a market for around 2 dollars. My watch is more like pearlwhite instead of white like this one.
