Lemania second line in 1950s? Bernova prototype

    Hi!
I just bougth the watch from the pictures below.
The watch is definetely a Lemania from 1950 or early 1950s. The movement inside is a Lemania LWO 3050, the case is a Lemania case with reference 279, the dial is as i seen in other Lemanias from that time. But on dial it is written Bernova (!)  the Lemania logo (crown) is present and the font used is the Lemania font.
So my question is: was this Lemania meant to be sold in other markets? Was Lemania trying to have another selling brand (like Cyma for Tavannes or Certina for Grana... or Camy for Cyma)
Have someone saw another Lemania-Bernova? Or maybe was a prototype.
Also, the serial 68x xxx put it in what year (if someone knows how to date a Lemania).
Bonus: some examples of Lemanias case reference 279:

Cannot help to identify the brand itself, what I can say though is that it looks brilliant and that I've found another one exactly like yours:

On a closer look, that IS your watch! Ha! S/n seems to be same, so are the patina spots on the dial!
