    "live auctioneers"

    does anyone have any experiance, good or bad, from buying from web site "live auctioneers" i was looking through there sold list, and noticed some very good prices for watches on there. any advice/comments would be appreciated

    I have tried to bid on one of Jones & Horan live Auction I never bid high anough to win any thing.

    Watch out for 'hidden' costs such as buyers premium and taxes at
    some live auctions.

    Yes, I've bought a few things, with no bad experiences. read the terms and factor the buyers premium and shipping into your bid price.

    Look for a local "standing" auction (held on a regular basis) near you and go to the preview. Consistent attendance will usually yield results.
