    Loyal Watch Company???

Has anyone heard of these? The appear to be military as there is no name on the dial, just the words "Shock Resistant", nothing written on the outside of the caseback. On the inside of the caseback it says "loyal watch company". The movement is a Swiss 17 Jewel movement with no easily seen serial numbers.

Some sort of ETA movement (e.g. bidfun-db Archive: Watch Movements: ETA 1080), maybe you can read a caliber number under the balance. Not an issued military watch, just a generic military style watch.
