Been looking for some 40's and 50's watches with nice movements and found a Universal Geneve that is unique. It's 32.5mm w/o crown and has flat, wide and long male lugs and a two tone dial with a silver outer minute track. The crystal needs to be changed to a flat, low profile one so the entire dial can be viewed. Movement is a caliber 263 UG and is running well. The dial has seen better days and is spotted up but would like to hear opinions on originality of the dial and blued hands. Crown is slightly removed from case and is a replacement? Not sure what type of strap to use and 17mm DeBeers was handy so I put that on for now but open to recommendations.
