Meylan movement in nameless unique special jewelry watch?

Fine quality and materials with tiny 1920+ LeLocle style Suisse high grade movement. Unusual with extra duplicated same style pin. Great amount of skillful handwork with 144 split pearls, 60+ brilliant white diamonds, all on 18k. Like making 3 fine watch cases. Had one family owner. Not normally my watch form interest or affordable. Was good investment value buy at local estate sale auction. Only one diamond missing. Camera auto focus not good for diamonds. Has original pendant watch pin showing wear and a later fine gold one added. Meylan movement? Still useful for formal dressy occasions? artb

Beautiful pieces! Not my style either but I wouldn't hesitate to pick them up if I had a choice. Tough to find materials, craftsmanship, and looks like that today without selling appendages haha

Man, art, you sure know how to pick them! Truly gorgeous!

Meylan (La Glycine) movement? I would have thought more along the lines of something like this:

    bidfun-db Archiv: Uhrwerke: Patek-Philippe 19'''H7

Sure, it's a rather bigger movement and sure, the fine adjustment is more elaborate (PP actually made their movements in different grades in those days) but the overall structure - including covered attachment for the hair spring - fits yours. However, I suspect that the actual supplier may have been LeCoultre (see the first LC movement in the link below) so the end user may have been anyone.....

    Uhrenhersteller "L"

No matter, it's certainly a high class watch.

Meylan is a large watchmaking dynasty so as LeCoultre or Audemars from the Swiss Valleys. Many watchmaking Meylans can be counted so as Philippe Samuel Meylan ( Maison Piguet et Meylan ,1810s), Charles Henri Meylan ( 1870-1920s), AR & JE Meylan ( recent Meylan stopwatch, 1930s - 1960s including Venus alarm mechanism )Walter Meylan ( 1910-1930s ), Eugene Meylan ( Glycine , 1914- 1955 ),Marius Meylan ( Lemania, 1920s - 1970s ),ex Audemars Piguet CEO was Meylan, recent Moeser & Cie owners are Meylan.

The above example is distinctive Charles Henri Meylan ( CH Meylan, Brassus trademark ) which used the below hallmark in his movements :

    hallmark from

Capt uses the same hallmark reversed, facing right.

I've had a document saying that these movements were made for Meylan by another company but can't find it now, if I recall correct it was Audemars.Enrico would know more.
