Kinda looks like a repainted dial? On a Timex?
hahaha not sure its the only pic I have...its part of a lot I bought :D
It could be the angle and the crystal giving off the re-painted look lol :)
Does the caseback give you any idea of where it was made or assembled? Also sometimes on the inside of the caseback Timex prints the date of manufacture I think up until about 1967 . Might give a clue.
no , iv only just purchased them, I will not get my watches till next week...im just hasty in gathering info before they arrive :)
You've gotta get the numbers below the "6" on the dial. That's where Timex put the info. Those numbers tell you everything you wanna know.
It looks like at ladies watch from the early 60's
thanks, I will check that once I received them...looks like my gold brick timex is showing numbers :D
Again, there are the two stages to ask about info on watches:
1. BEFORE the purchase, to clear questions before you spend money.
2. AFTER the purchase and after you have the watch in your possession, when you are able to provide answers and make additional pictures.
P.S.: # 2 of course does not refer to the worst of 'em all: Should I return this watch?
If it's part of a lot, as you said, cross your fingers that the rest is a little better ...
