    Movement id

    I just received this one today and am having some troubles identifying it without completely disassembling it.
    Any help would be great.

    On the basis of the balance cock and the exact positioning of the gears, I'd say it's a bridge modification of the Fontainemelon Cal. FHF 150:

    Fontainemelon used this general bridge shape to adapt one of their other famous movements, the Cal. FHF 30 (see third picture in the link):

    I pulled the dial off today to find it is a Fontainemelon 186. A new stem is on it's way. :)
