    Mulco automatic

I don't know anything about this make. Unfortunately, I do not have a movement photo. I will do some research, but in the meantime what do folks know about this make and this particular watch? Was it considered a quality make with decent movements? The casefront looks gold plated, maybe gold filled. I might have the opportunity to pick this one up.

    Thanks

I have seen them from time to time, and I think they generally have decent movements, but I can't remember much more than that. From the underside of the lugs, it looks like this might be "gold capped".

Looks like another run-of-the-mill brand from the mid 50's, my guess the price was about $39.95.

Thanks, guys. Yeah, I agree. The person who showed me asked if that watch was military issued, and I said very unlikely.

Whenever I see so much description lettering on dials, I just cross my fingers that the inside is at least decent. Lol

I bet inside is really decent and good :) The case is SS with gold capped front, I doubt that would be paired with some pinlever wonder

    Re: Mulco automatic

I’ve had a few Mulco watches. They aren’t anything special but they seem to be a decent brand and I’ve not seen any pin levers.
