My 1904/1905 Elgin Conversion/Transition Wrist Watch...Check it out.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my watch with everyone. Its a 1904/1905 Elgin size 0s converted and placed in a stainless steel case. It came with a very old-looking leather strap. When I got it, the mainspring was busted, I had it repaired by a very cool guy that goes by the handle bunnspecial. He put in a new mainspring and off it went. Thanks bunnspecial! So its my favorite watch so far, love the look and the history this watch must have! Enjoy my pictures, comments appreciated! Name: 6939673034_7d21d3ec80_b.jpg

Really cool! If that watch could talk. The face has some nice aging to it.

Thank you for the nice comments! I agree, I just wonder who and where this watch has been? I love the dial too, those hairlines gives it character. This one is a keeper, looks like this one will be the one I pass down to my youngins' :) Thanks!
