NEED HELP WITH ANTIQUE GOLD FUSEE WATCH PAIRED CASE

Looking for info on this gold paired case. I can't find any info on the marks/stamps inside. Obviously the movement has been replaced but was wondering what case marks were. Any help is much appreciated!

    Hi,

This is weird one :) Lion is for marking sterling silver :/ And case looks like plated and not solid gold.
Also I think movement and dial is correct for it. A simple watch that just wanted to look fancy and expensive.
    I may be very wrong
    Chaos is my focus

The lion is throwing me off as well. It's def. not plated as we tested it and it tested a very strong 14k but not 18k which leads me to believe the 16k is the gold mark (though I still can't find anything on the mark). I'm almost 100% sure the case originally had a fusee movement (I've never seen a South Bend in a paired case). The key hole has been soldered shut with gold (dont think I pictured that).
