Need help to identify the movement in my 1942 Eterna Pilot watch

Hi I have very hard to find 1942 Eterna Pilot watch sorry about the pics but the hour hand has 2 dots from research means it was what pilots used for compass settings. But the biggest issue is the movement Eterna made the 850,852,and the 852s all were 15 jewel and documented only as 15 jewel.I did find that they might have made movements 853 to 859 but there is no documentation on those what so ever.So if anyone has ever seen this or know more let me know I will have to post 2 pics thank you
