    Need help with Swiss Sola G.T

    Hello all my first post, I recently bought a Pocket watch/ wrist watch conversion, I just need a date, and movement info for the watch, I found the trade mark SOLA G.T on movement see picture, From what I understand that makers mark was registered in 1927. Any info is appreciated, thanks

    Hello and welcome to the forum. Since you have found that the SOLA G.T trade mark was registered in 1927 you probably know it belonged to Revue / Thommen (G.T is Gedeon Thommen). The movement might be a variation of Revue 30, as can be seen on Dr. Ranfft's database here:

    There are two different variations of bridge layouts pictured, none exactly as yours though.

    That point about the bridge work is what stumps me too, I know the model is produced about 1915-20's , could be a forerunner to the other 2 designs or inspired by them? thanks for your reply.
