Picture Need Information on my A. Montandon Watch

I have an open face gold lapel/pendant watch formerly owned by my Aunt Belle. There is no name on the face of it, but I found the following markings engraved inside and would like to know what information they hold about this watch:

The name A. Montandon is there twice (in two different places) , B & B Royal, Swiss, 10 1/2, 277429 (I assume this is a serial number, but don't know where to find legend for its age), 15 Jewels, and 3 ADJ. It is of sentimental value to me. If it does not have monetary value, I would greatly appreciate finding out how old it is.

Pics are really too small to tell very much. Can you post slightly larger images?

Yes, your pictures are smaller than the actual watch!

I apologize, I didn't realize how small they were until I went to Photoshop image resizer! I hope this helps some, if not I will have to take more photos.

Does the information engraved inside the watch tell you anything about it? I have looked up Montandon and B & B Royal, but add in the 'Swiss' and it is very confusing. I read that B & B Royal could be Elgin, and that is from here in Illinois. I have a Kodak camera, which is useless for fine detail. I see my photos haven't changed much in size, but they get so distorted if I go any larger.

Is the info on the case or movement? If on the case it tells very little.
B&B Royal is in fact the watch case maker (and model probably) which is American. A Montandon is probably the Swiss movement maker. A Swiss watch movement cased in the US therefore.
What is on the movement itself? Any numbers or other markings.
To me the whole shebang looks like it's from the 1930s.

These movements can be hard to identify since many makers didn't mark them well, or if they did, it was under the dial. Also, because women's watches aren't as popular with collectors, there are fewer people collecting data and making it public.

Based on the style of the watch, I would guess it to be a 1920s model

All of the information I listed in my query is found on the movement. There are no markings on the case.

B&B Royal is on the movement? Also the serial number is on the movement? I wish we had a larger photo.

I am posting more photos, these are larger. I don't need to tell you I am not a talented photographer...
