    need some info on this pocket watch - EXPERT shockproof swiss made


    dial is signed : expert , shockproof , swiss made

    theres a train motif on the caseback but its terribly corroded

    movement is currently not running ,
    to set time you will have to push in the crown then turn it


    would love some info on the brand , its age , and the movement!

    Looks like kind of "Roskopf" movement,but cheaper version of it(if its possibile).No rubis at all as I can see.

    thanks jedan , thats right no jewels on this movement

    any idea as to whos the maker ? or when ? theres a tiny hallmark but i cant make out what it is , ill put up a pic in a min

    No idea on the maker; the age I'd guess as 50's or even newer. "Shock Proof" as a marketing concept didn't really exist in the mid 30's or later. The case design is pure dollar-watch territory.
