    New vintage caravelle diver!

Just got a vintage caravelle in today on a spontaneous ebay peruse. Manual winding and keeping excellent time!! Just a question.. I have no idea how to adjust the bracelet. I have looked on the forums for tips with folding links but haven't seen the one I have on them. Does anyone have any tips on how I can go about to adjust? Thanks!! There is an adjustment in the clasp itself. But that is 'normal' so I assume you are asking how to remove links... looks like they have internal springbars accessible from the back.

I bet they will be near impossible to slide until the bracelet is cleaned. It usually takes an ultrasonic bath to clean them.

+1...It looks like the center block may slide out entirely. It seems like we had a few that did that when I was still in the jewelry business. Often there is an arrow indicating the direction of movement for removal. Such things can be real bears even when cleaned.

All of this assumes you want to make it smaller of course.

Thanks for all the replies!! I'll see if I can try and take out the links tonight. Looking to bring it in for a pressure test this week.
