Omega pocket watch - What is it?

Hi everyone. I am from Sweden, so please forgive me if my English is bad :)

I bought this Omega pocket watch on auction here in Sweden. Maybe not so smart, i do not know anything about watches, but it was a beauty! :)

    Some pics:

There are some damage on the sides as seen on the last pic. Also engraved on the back.
Any ideas on what it is? :)

    HI THERE,
It is a rather nice Omega p/w. If you could show us a picture of the movement we could likely tell you more about it, Omegas are quite collectable and if in good shape are sought after by some. It appears that someone has used something ugly to pry the bezel off, when it appears that it is hinged for the movement and likely the bezel.
Show us a picture of the movement and I'm sure someone here can tell you what you have.

    I have same question...
Number written on inner side of case is 6198838,
Number written on mechanism is 5538744.
    Thanks

There should be a notch next to the crown stem. Carefully pry it open with a sharp knife. Inside, there will be the inner cover which also has a notch. You will need to pry that open as well. After that, you can see the movement which will probably look somewhat like the one in the link:

    Good luck!
