Opened my Omega Bumper today. Advice on date ?

I bought myself a cheap Chinese three pronged case wrench and opened up my eBay Omega Bumper.
    Amazing.

It is running a little fast, so I wanted to adjust the little lever.
Nothing got harmed. I made a little push on the lever.

Now let's see if anyone can help me figure out the year it was made.
The movement is marked Cal 351
It has a long number on the movement 12437976
    The case is marked C-2577-2

As with many brands, the date of manufacture can be determined by the serial number of the movement. A quick search will find the year for movements in the 12,4xxx,xxx range.

Running fast is usually watch code for 'please service me'.

    Parts are getting pricy btw.
