    Picture Pair of WW1 watches

    I never took a shot of both my WW1 era watches together before.One's a depollier early water proof cased Illinois15 jewel movement the other a 7 jewel Elgin with a Pershing dial.

    Very interesting. My comprehensive 1916 catalog confirms these small sizes for Illinois and Elgin but of course not black dial and really special waterproof case. Curious about the straps. I could use a couple. Where from?
