Patek phillippe hunter case pocket watch

I have a PP pocket watch circa 1905 (movement # 128731) nickel surface, in an 18k hunter case numbered 86037 with a 157 underneath.
The gold case has a halmark of a large "S" with a couple of little bird wing thingies sticking from the top of the S and a kind of reverse "C" hanging from the bottom. It has a 1 and an 8 on either side of the S.
    Anyone know something about this?

The specialists (and I am not one of them) may be able to help you here - but not without some clear pictures. I would love to see them too, if only for the eye candy value.
