Good-looking watch! Very characteristically 19th century American - key wound and set, engraved decoration on the movement - but then, the name on the movement and dial would ahve told you that anyway. Can't say much about the maker specifically, I'm afraid.
Looks like a Hamilton grade 925 18S hunter movement from 1900. It's missing its balance and regulator unfortunately.
